Hope you are all having a terrific week!
This is one of the weddings I shot in VA last year – I’m finally all caught up with my wedding blog posts from last year. I think.
Lya + Adam’s wedding was very intimate and had a warm feeling even thou it was crazy cold that day.
I love weddings like that. We did the portraits after the reception which ended before the sunset – different timeline but worked out perfectly and we had plenty of time for pictures and no stress since there were just us 3. It was actually very relaxing.
The venue – The Clifton – is a charm! I hope to work there again soon!

I can’t thank you enough, beautiful beautiful pictures ! We enjoyed having you around for the day and felt really relaxed and comfortable. You were always professional but very friendly and sweet at the same time. It was Perfect !

A Brazilian couple. Two tourists in NYC.
Samela and Thiago are traveling around the US for vacation and celebration their 5th wedding anniversary.
As any tourist they wanted to be in the heart of the city so we decided to shot around Times Square and Central Park.
Samela contacted me few months a go when she was still planning their trip, I think her idea was brilliant – to hire a photographer to register [some of the many] special moments of their vacation. Usually when you are traveling as a couple you ended up not having pictures of the two together, and if you do it’s always that weird two faces close up or using the timer and it takes forever to get the right angle.
So I was very excited to shot their vacation pictures!!
We had a great time, good laughs!!
Since it’s fall in Brazil and Spring here they decided to mix some fall/spring outfits. I think they look so cool. Love her Melissa and the red lipstick and nails. Just love it!

I loved it, beautiful couple, colors, places. The sequence of the taxi was very nice and also the sequence of the credit card, Thiago had courage to do this in NY. The slideshow was very good, fun and dynamic …
